The main issue to me is it seems like all units, coaching and positions, are still trying to force an advanced/experienced offensive scheme to the limits when all units should have dialed it back and simplified by now.
Coaching should not expect things to work out currently with how each unit is playing. Marcel should be checking down more often and taking easier chances because he's not clicking. OL has to block the way they're told but we've got to stop pulling so often. RB's and WR's need to stop thinking about things 2 seconds ahead and do the simple thing in front on them.
The 2 areas that can effect most of the change are the coaches and the QB. The coaches CAN simplify the game plan and focus on things that work and slowly build off that (but aren't). The QB CAN make switches, shift where he decides to pass and when on different plays, and choose when to run, etc. So the coaches and QB will get the most heat. Nature of the business.
