Cuban allegedly brought in Fernando Mendoza via NIL.
Then he allegedly screwed over brother Alberto Mendoza by funding the TCU transfer QB, and Alberto left.
I could be wrong but it looks like Cuban has his hooks in Indiana and is operating like an owner.

If you want to understand this guy, look up his admission about his company called shares sleuth.
If he get's JT to set up his on-line pharmacy who knows what the Hoosiers can grow into.

Indiana spent nowhere near the money other schools did. They didn't win because of NIL they won because they had veteran players that were mature and better then average. Sure they have a high price QB from the portal but thats nothing compared to what other schools have spent at multiple positions. Indiana also wants to win now they dumped the younger Mendoza for a QB with a better shot at winning them games and running the offense. No loyalty in this game only wins.

I'm failing to find an individual in the story that was even remotely screwed over.

To add, Cuban is not dictating QBs to Cignetti, a guy the just did the unimaginable in the most unlikely place.
