Anyone know the story with Bobby Taylor? His Instagram says " feel weird driving thru (college station) because yall don't even know the half. I can't even go to an aggie football game (crying emoji) POLICE walked me out the last one."

Taking to the internet to garner sympathy for a situation you "can't discuss"

A special kind of princess right there

From a Katy HS dad whose son played with Bobby he was always a prima donna. He rode his dad's coat tails. Had moderate 6A skills but was always hurt and never wanted to work. The direct opposite of his teammate Malik Sylla.

Lol. Drama drama drama. It's past time to grow up, Bobby.

Well I don't know the other half of the half you don't know, so we're really screwed.

Just for the record folks, he did stay at A&M and graduate with a degree this last December before you blast him too much. I remember how excited he was in what was supposed to be that magical #1 class and he was the face of it promoting it so well. Unfortunately, this probably is a microcosm of how that entire class finished. I can understand being bitter about how his football career ended, but he also chose not to transfer and try playing football anywhere else like he could have if he really wanted and thought he was healthy enough to play.

I think this will be made bigger than it really was. A guy who has a tiny following on his own IG that is mostly followed by friends and family dealing with some bittersweet emotions about his football playing career and it getting found by some Aggie fans who are turning it into more than it really is.

Do this have something to do with his mom and the Turkey Leg Hut?

People bashing the guy who helped build the number 1 class in 2022 are crybabies.
Bobby bought in coming into school and unfortunately his career in maroon and white didn't pan out.
He still graduated with a ring and diploma.

Concur.

I didn't really track him past the recruiting season that seemed to have so much promise but was really fool's gold.

He was a high school kid last time anyone really saw him play, and he's had some terrible luck injury-wise. Plus the whole class flaming out and coach getting fired didn't increase the chances he'd learn, grow, and make it through the other side as a feel-good story - particularly on the field.

He graduated. He's an Aggie former student now. I don't see why anyone here would wish him less luck or good fortune than we do for all new grads. His post isn't something I would ever put out there, but that's the way his generation differs from mine. He seems to have learned some tough lessons, and I wish him the best!

" I think this will be made bigger than it really was. "

No one to blame but himself.
