If you have money to burn, though…

I have much better things to spend my money on than 18 year old kids. Their performance has no bearing on my health, well being, or happiness

If you had the money for NIL to determine where it should be spent then you don't ask on TexAgs

Just a question dude. I just foresee a bunch of money being spent on mid players. If TAMU is going to beg us for money, it would be nice to see where it's being spent. That's all.

Because I ultimately know that all money invested back into the school and athletic program is wasted, I choose not to contribute a penny to it.

But of all the things I could put my money into but would expect an audit of where that money is going, an NIL slush fund would be the bottom of that priority list. Let's start with the government audit of where my money is going first long before I worry about whether my $25/mth goes to a QB or OL. Doesn't really matter either way, we won't win anything regardless.

And as someone else pointed out, contribute enough money and they'll let you hand deliver the check to the player of your choice. No one on this board is in the realm of donors who have that kind of sway.
