I think it's better with maroon pants because tu will have white pants on

Same with the maroon helmets vs tu white helmets

Then our white jerseys vs tu burnt orange

Amen. I prefer the maroon pants. Maybe it's because I was in school during the timeframe pictured above, but to me it's what our uniform should look like.
