The only difference between #2 and #3 is the path to the semi-final game. #2 will face the winner of #7 vs. #10, while #3 will face the winner of #11 vs. #6.

If both #2 and #3 win their games, they will face each other in the semi-finals. So very little actual relevant difference between the two spots...

OP, I agree. Our team feeds off the disrespect. The AP polls don't matter when we get into the playoffs.

All the people saying to keep us ranked low are missing a huge change in how football works now. The only reason tu has a chance of making the playoffs with 3 losses is that they always get the benefit of the doubt with rankings. The higher we are the more wiggle room we have. Obviously if we finish 12-0 it isn't an issue, but if we drop 1 or 2 games where we start that fall matters.
