Control your own destiny is priority. But having teams around us with a loss makes our path to the playoff much clearer. Hopefully we have an unblemished record at the end of the season but if not then having other SEC teams with multiple losses is helpful

I'd let Georgia get closer to elimination.. Ole Miss would have to lose 3 games to miss the playoffs and has none. Ole Miss only has 1 other ranked game after this and that's at OU.

For the playoff or conference championship? I would think every 10-2 SEC team makes the playoff. Very difficult to game out the SEC title game as muddled as it is. Playoffs more important anyway, but would be nice to play for a conference title since a Natty attempt still feels a year away.
