Winning like Elko and this team are doing does wonders for the experience, but gameday on campus is legitimately better than it ever has been, and I've attended games at both old Kyle and at new Kyle.

Well done to the gameday operations crew in the AD. Gameday at Kyle is a premium football and fellowship experience.

Koppe Bridge on Wellborn for lunch beforehand was amazing.

Downtown Bryan Shuttle service was very well run.

There were no jackasses near any of us in our seats. In fact we were next to some fans who had traveled in from Charlotte to take in the experience and they were a great time to watch the game with.

Oh yea, and the whorns down signals from fans. LOVE IT and if you don't, get over it

Just an amazing time back in CS altogether.

Very few things on the **** list, but here are a couple:
- MSC Bookstore selling 12th man towels for $6. Wtf is that bull***** Even the warehouse price was high at $3
- The rickshaw pedi cabs on military walk. It's surprising no one has been seriously injured by these clowns who pedal like a bat out of hell

Seeing a game at Kyle field is truly a great experience.....just the size puts you in awe!
but .......
the size has destroyed that feel and sound that was generated at Old Kyle Field. IMO

Yesterday was my first game in probably five years, and the last couple of games I've been to were snooze fears during snooze seasons. Yesterday's atmosphere was awesome. The whole experience is totally different than when I was a student in the 90s, and way better in my opinion. I actually liked the DJ. The lighting was great. Night games in November when a playoff beth is on the line are going to be insane.

Totally agree on this. Half of them are basically electric vehicles now. They should not be doing 30 down the sidewalk.

Hate those ******* rickshaw guys expecting everyone to clear they way for them. There will be an injury one day and the university deep pockets will have to pay up for allowing it.

I cannot say enough about the whole gameday operation. The whole campus was a very well oiled machine.

Easy to find clean, uncrowded restrooms.
Easy to find places to rest.
Smooth traffic flow going north after the game.
Very little wait for food/coffee in MSC.
$3 water bottles in the MSC (I never eat in the stadium so can't speak to those).
Free programs is great.

There are a ton of people, but it doesn't feel crowded per se.

The music and atmosphere is loud, but you can also have a conversation with the person next to you without yelling.

The DJ and LEDs are awesome. Instead of griping about TV timeouts we just turned them into mini concerts. Overall a solid mix of old and new.

So nice to finally meet you! Glad y'all had a great trip.

Yeah the price of 12th Man towels has gotten stupid. There were folks (AD, Adidas, idk) handing out free towels pregame yesterday. The boys each got one.

DJ Mike is awesome.

I am an old soul and I agree.

I've been to all the major stadiums in the State of Texas, and Kyle Field hands down had the best gameday experience, & facilities.

There isn't a close second.

Yes, went to Baylol's mclane during our bye week and while it's a nice stadium, the experience doesn't come anywhere close at all

Oh, I got the cheesecake figured out so you'll need to come back when you can stay longer.

Hate to disappoint but both of our home games in November (USCe and mighty Samford) are 11 am affairs..

The DJ was better than usual last night since it was throwback day and they were playing less rap and more old stuff.

Blackout day also wasn't as bad since they were playing more songs like Paint in Black, the man in black, Black sabbath, etc. Also helped reduce the number rap songs.

I saw one of the security guards had one of the rickshaws stopped and having an argument about him being too close to the stadium and pedestrians. She was saying that she already told him he can't be on the sidewalk between Koldus and Rudder and he was sitting there arguing with her. Definitely appreciate that they are slowly working to keep the pedicabs a little farther out.
