Isaac Smith, their starting safety and leading tackler on defense may also not be able to play. They have notable injury issues coming out of Vols game on both sides of ball.

The offense didnt do a good job of finishing drives. The O pretty much could do what they wanted and got messed up by penalties. 200 yards on a defense that was only allowing 58 a game is pretty good.

We are 20 for 20, #1 in the nation in red zone offense for what it's worth.

I'm not taking anything for granted; I've been an Aggie for too long. But I think we cover.

Earlier this week I didn't think we would cover. Now I'm thinking we destroy them by 20. We'll he in the 40s and they'll be in the 20s. Kool aid, baby!

Mississippi State has lost 13 consecutive SEC games and 16 of their last 17 SEC games since the beginning of the 2023 season, and their only SEC win in that span was a 7-3 road win at Arkansas on 10/21/2023. If we dominate both offensively and defensively, we should win by 17+ points. I think we will win by double digits but won't cover, and I am predicting a 31-17 win over Mississippi State.

Most of that doesn't matter. The only thing that matters is this years team, and they have looked pretty good. There are 51 new scholarship players on their team this year vs last year.

We will either beat them by three touchdowns or it will be a nail biter. It's all up to us. No turnovers and foolish penalties we will cruise.

i think vegas is on to something, when a spread seems out of whack many times it is a sucker. miss st is really banged up and ags are better than what people think. i think ags win comfortably between 14-17 pts.

Been saying this since the spread came out. I can only shake my head and laugh / be ashamed of all the doomsayers around here.

Ags are gonna roll today. Doesn't mean it's going to be a complete blow out , but we are gonna win convincingly.

Their defense has been no where close to what auburns has been this year, and the Auburn game was mostly us. We gained 415 yards of offense.

We need to clean things up, but we will move the ball up and down the field all night in all likelihood. It's up to us not committing 13 penalties including having a bunch of drive killers more than miss state's defense. I'm sure they just hope to bend but not break and hope we self destruct. That's their best bet

Also, Tennessee had 466 against them. I'd hardly say their defense has been good. Only one decent offense. Well maybe 2, Arizona state is okay and had 330. We will have 400 easily, and likely threaten 500 if we hit a deep ball or 2.

The offense moved the ball well enough to blow Auburn out by 30 points. We didn't finish drives. The offense will be fine if they just play a little cleaner than they did last week.

We were missing 2 defensive starters last week and played our best defense of the year.

We consistently play down to our competition. Last week was a good example. For that reason I think anything remotely approaching a 14 pt + line is ridiculous. State is a good football team. Better than Auburn imo. Definitely better offensively than Auburn.

I don't bet but if I did I wouldn't give more than 6 pts
