We have a gated fence at our place, off of Hwy 30, in town, if you need a place to store your tailgate set up or RV for easy access/convenience. We live in Enchanted Oaks on several acres, I don't necessarily have a price in mind (name one if you have priced local storage options). Just wanted to give an option if you have found it inconvenient to tow in and out of town, or if other local storage has shown to be too pricey.
