At the risk of scorn from all of the abused and battered among us, I could use help. I have season tix in North Zone: I'd like to bring the airstream down for a few games. I cannot get a season or single game pass yet from Tamu transportation services. If any among you have experience rv'ing for games would you pls message me so I can learn the ropes.

Gracias.

Matt.

I think you can go to the 12th Man RV Exchange website to locate available spaces for sale each game. I'm in Lot 58 (R) and there are always empty spaces, especially non-conference games. By rule, sellers can only charge the face value of the space price, i.e., $1500 fee / 7 games = $214.

Since the Airstream does not have generator you are limited to a few spots with plug in power like the Equestrian Center. These spots are expensive, and it's electric only, not full hookup.

You would be better off at one three RV parks, and if you have kids I would go Great Escapes in Bryan.
Full hook up, pools, game room, fire pits super nice RV park.
This location is off 2818 10 minutes from the Stadium, UBER or drive you truck to the game, lots of parking for cars.
The other RV parks don't have the all the fun things kids do.

You are not getting an Airstream in a walkable spot to the Kyle Field.

Lots of misinfo here...

First off, DL76, you are either in Lot 74, which is the 12thMan lot R, or you are in lot 58. If you only pay $1500 for the season, then it is Lot 74.

Next, yes the Equestrian lot does not have full hookups, however, there are two lots that do: Olsen and Lot 58 have full hookups. Penberthy has power and water, but no sewer. To say there are only a few spots with plug in power is just wrong. There more with power than without. Also, I would say that Olsen and Penberthy are walkable. I have walked from Lot 58, but it also has it's own shuttle to the back side of Aggie Park.

Now, to help OP:

Other than posting on the Ticket Exchange forum, you can go here:

https://transport.tamu.edu/Parking/rvfootballres.aspx

That will direct you to the two RV Exchange sites. Check it regularly. Note that the seller only gets face value, but transportation gets another 25%. I am not sure if that is the case for the 12th Man exchange.

Aggie RV Park would be an option if you have a generator. I am not sure if it sells out now or not.

Good luck and happy hunting!

If you cant find passes to the areas mentioned above, I have been RV'ing for the past few years for game weekends and we elected to use the https://12thpark.com. they are great folks a few minutes away. I book for the entire football season and we just leave the RV in place all season, they also have weekend ad hoc spots of course Spots are limited but they seems to always have a few open , you can call Nancy at the office and reserve 'em. Full hook-ups, pool, wifi, pickle ball, dog run, and lots of tailgaters. They also run a free shuttle from 4 hours before kick to a few hours after...happy to chat directly

HtownAg94, Thanks for the correction. I am in the 12th Man RV lot. I see a number of 5th Wheelers and other pull trailers that the owners use noise approved portable generators for power.
