Awesome! We will probably be road underdogs. If we lose this road game, it will be our 5th consecutive loss to a Power 4 team and 3rd consecutive road loss.

In true Aggie style, they will probably lose their regional as the #1 overall seed.

This is 100% false.
The NBC contract goes back to the '93 season & ND fans hate how NBC treats ND.
They have ZERO ND content outside of the actual game.
That go out if their way to highlight the opponent, (they openly talk about this being on purpose), to make sure it doesn't seem like a ND-centric broadcast.
They purposely higher non-ND commentators.
Over the years the the TV commentary had been done by the likes of:
Pat Haden - former USC QB & AD, very anti-ND.
Doug Flutie - BC QB & openly talks his hatred for ND. Actually called games his nephew QB'd for BC against ND.
Drew Brees - Purdue QB who had famous quotes back in the day of his animosity towards ND.

When you watch, you will see that NBC goes out of their way to pump up the visiting program & downplay ND.

The part that makes ND fans mad is that the other Networks, like ESPN & Fox, hype up their conferences & teams. People think NBC does that for ND. There is no one on NBC sports or NBC in general that spends time on ND. And the Game TV production & coverage sucks.

It'll probably be either lsu/uf or UGA/tenn… there are good abc family games that weekend

There is also Wisconsin @ Alabama. Just depends on how the ratings shake out for all these teams, but if ND has a high ranking and we somehow end up ranked, there is a good chance they go to South Bend.

To start the year, ND plays at Miami and LSU plays at Clemson

Those will go a long way in deciding where game day is 9/13


If LSU wins, game day will be at LSU-Florida for sure.

If both lose, UGA v UT will get game day

Don't rule out Tennessee's ability to blow their game against Syracuse. Florida, UGA and A&M all have cupcakes leading up to that weekend, so should all be undefeated up to that point.
