I went out tonight to enjoy some drinks with some family members in town for Christmas. Every TV in the bar had this game on.

Most of the people in the bar (Ft Worth) were rooting for Texas A&M over USC.

Watched Squidgame and not a single second of the game. This program is just laughably predictable in failing, so I chose to watch something much more entertaining.

Dozed off on the couch around the end of the third. Woke up about 1:45 and googled the score. I don't even wanna know what happened in the 4th. Last I saw we were in control.

This here…I've been around long enough to have the exact same mindset. My freshman son gave me hell for quitting the game early. I said I wanted to have good thoughts as I went to sleep.

I was reading the USC board and they are bragging that they won last nights game with their 3rd stringers and practice squad players.

At the end of the day there isn't that much difference between an 8-5 or a 9-4 season.
With all of the opt outs Bowl games are now glorified practice sessions.
