To be fair. I think the jury is still out. He's got the tools. With the right coaching maybe he can pull it together.

I'm confident if he went to LSU they would whip our ass with him.

It's about coaching.

Better as a #2, not a #1 WR. Has been part of the problem that he is your Go To guy, just not consistent in that role.
