Tennessee's schedule is identical to sips' except they played Bama instead of A&M.

It's not Tennessee's first year in the SEC like tu.

Maybe they got tu and ut mixed up

They play at gators and Georgia next year. OU will be better. Texas will not be in Atlanta next year.

This will continue to happen, unless you go back to divisions.

We will never have an easier schedule than sip. This is what y'all asked for so we need to get used to it.

Our only choice is to beat sip at their own games and then beat them on the field.

What are you talking about. Very few if any wanted tu to be part of the SEC.

Michigan at home next year. The Ohio State series begins in 2026.

If we chalk up Georgia away as a loss Texas trades away games at Michigan, Arkansas, A&M, and Vandy for away games at MSU, Florida, and Kentucky in 2025.

You're dead wrong Faustus. Texas opens the 2025 season against Ohio State in the Shoe. Michigan doesn't come to Austin until 2026.

Ha! You're right. That's strange, but should be a fun game at OSU. Lose that one and Georgia and there's no room for error.

That's hilarious that you think this. It's Texas. The committee would try to find a way to justify them being in with three losses. It's all about brand, money, and ratings.

They had an "Easy" SEC schedule but harder than almost anything in the other conferences but still #21 in the country. They get a harder schedule next year and in the 3rd yr likely very hard.

Our schedule was alittle better mostly because we played the #1 FPI team while they played the #16 (A&M) FPI team.

I don't think anyone in the SEC is given anything. We were not given anything even though we avoided Ga/Bama/Tenn/Ole Miss

I never said it this year. This and timing of teams such as Gators QB will be not be easier next year. They will also play more than one night SEC road game next year. If you cannot see it. So be it.

I never knew there was any such thing as an easy SEC schedule. I thought every game in the SEC was a fight to the death gladiatorial display where every season was a meat grinder of epic proportion. Guess I was wrong.

tOSU at their place in 2025. Google is your friend. They don't play Michigan again until 2027.

It's crazy how Georgia is the only currently ranked team Texas has played, and they lost both of games to Georgia, including a 30-15 home loss on 10/19. Their best wins are over 8-4 (5-3 SEC) Texas A&M and 7-5 (5-4 Big 10) Michigan. It would have felt 10x worse if Texas had hung on to beat Georgia in the SEC Championship Game.

Next, year Texas has a nonconference road game in addition to 4 true SEC road games at Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, and Mississippi State and just 3 true SEC home games against Arkansas, Texas A&M, and Vanderbilt. I think Texas will lose road games to Ohio State, Florida, and Georgia for a 9-3 (6-2 SEC) finish. Hopefully, at least two SEC teams will finish ahead of Texas in the SEC standings.

LOL... It is what it is, Texas is in the same conference. These people need to get over it!
Teams, like Arkansas, wish they had a Real Rival. We are lucky we have someone to hate!

It was when there were divisions. Imagine if Texas' schedule included: Alabama, Ole Miss, LSU, A&M, Arkansas, Auburn in division, and then one of Georgia, Tennessee, USC, or Florida from the east. That's a little different than what sip got this year.

So basically unless you get MissSt, Vandy, Mizzou or UK (and they got 3 of 4) it's a hard schedule?

We have been making proclamations like this for the last two years and it just makes us look stupid.

Maybe we should just worry about winning our own games.

Maybe some did but I didn't for this year. I said the sip only have 3 real games prior to the season. Prior to the season already knew Michigan was an easy one with everything they lost.

Prior to them playing OU it was also known this 3 games were reduced to two games.

Just a two game season.

They were killed at home in the first and we sucked on offense in the second. So they went 1-1.

I don't see their schedule next year being as easy. Thus, I can actually make this statement bc there's some thought put into it.

They got a break when Florida had no Lagway. They got a break when they got OU early.

But do you guys really think the SEC was like "Let's give them Georgia, Florida, OU, and @ A&M, that will be a cakewalk?
