If you're not a rotational WR after 2 years in THIS wr room, time to move on, for both parties.

There are a lot of quality receivers in the portal. Room can be upgraded easily.

Tease was never really a true wr. Wasnt he a qb in high-school? I dont think he's transitioned to the wr position well.

Recruited as an athlete out of HS. Couldn't get PT. Another case of tons of potential and not maximizing opportunities

I know the game has changed and buying players/getting transfers is the new normal but at some point we have to know we're cutting players, not just having them leave. We spin it when somebody leaves who didn't get many reps but why did we ever get them in the first place? We just read them wrong and didn't get what was needed? We aren't exactly the team known for developing talent and outperforming

I mean we jusy got 2 very good ones in our signing class

HS recruits, no matter how ranked, aren't necessarily ready from day 1 (most 5stars are or usually are, but even Coleman at Aub didn't start being good until back 1/3 of the season).

Depending on how many more departures happen, they currently need at least 2 experienced WRs via portal (better than Cyrus / Jabre of last yr). Personally think they need 3-4 to really upgrade and backfill the room, but we shall see how it unfolds.

No. Elko should have multiple Heisman contenders and first team all conference players in his first year. It's inexcusable we aren't there yet.

Hope you know it was sarcasm and pretty obvious too.

We're bringing in three very good receivers, not concerned with losing Tease.

Other than Reed, Miss, and Owens, I'm not sure I care about who wants to leave. There are almost no starters written in ink as far as I'm concerned.

He was my favorite player!! Booooo!!! Errrrrr I mean "ssssssssssss"!
