I thought that starting next year that the football rosters would be capped at 105 people total and that everyone would be on scholarship

However when asked at today's press conference, Coach Elko commented that we won't or can't discuss preferred walkons

I thought that the new ncaa rules effectively get rid of walk-ons

Am I misunderstanding the new rules?

SEC has their own limit of 85.
