Look - we don't have the option to fire Elko. We can't pay three head coaches salaries simultaneously (fired Jimbo, fired Elko, etc). We paid $80MM for Elko to take us to the next level.

Granted... you could argue Elko is no better than Jimbo (or worse). You could also argue he needs more time. At the end of the day, you are stuck with him for awhile.
