The fumble being upheld was the cherry on top. That was absolutely a joke of a call and nobody can say otherwise.

That being said, we got our asses handed to us.

The false starts uncalled were the most obvious. Well tied with the fumbled pass. The pass call might be the worst because that passed a review somehow.

I don't care what yall say, the short spots had a huge impact on us and our 4th down plays.

We played poorly but I have zero doubt that the officiating as a whole had a marked impact on our game

Well, for the record, South Carolina is one of the least disciplined teams in the sec. They just figure it out today?

Not sure I've ever seen so many blatant false starts not get called. Well for any team not the chiefs.

At least half a dozen false starts on their guards that weren't called.

There was a lot of questionable officiating tonight. The constant bad ball spots always marking it short by a yard less or two. The missed holds. The missed false starts. The fumble by them to start second half that wasn't even reviewed.

Didn't help that the D decided to **** the bed tonight and well Klein being a terrible big 12 OC.

They were horrible, but they also weren't the ones that couldn't tackle all night.

How that was reviewed and stood I have no idea… did not really matter

Uncalled holds did have a huge impact, no doubt.

There was a ton of holding not called, but that doesn't explain the abortion that was the d-line and tackling last night.

Poor officiating happens to other teams as well, but you'll never be able to convince some idiots that officiating can, in fact, affect the outcome of the game.

This game was not determined by the officials. Most of the calls were good calls. Some of the calls were questionable calls. If we received every questionable calls, (late hit on qb and then the forward throwing motion ruled a fumble) we still probably lose by 14 points. This is why it sounds like excuse making when we flat out got whipped is the real reason we lost. They were a much more physical and disciplined team. They exploited things in our defense that never seemed to get corrected. Talking about officials is what losers do when they got spanked and they want to focus on something else.

We lost because of missed tackles. I wouldn't even say they exploited stuff, we just didn't tackle.

That said, 3 of their biggest plays should have been called back because of false starts. Turns out giving the tackle a head start to get into position may help a little. And, IMO, a missed false start isn't like a judgement PI call where they let them play. It's just bad officiating.
