Meeting my brothers in Phoenix to celebrate my Uncles 50th Weeding Anniversary. My oldest brother is class of '81. Anyone cool places we could all meet and watch the game Saturday?

I subscribe to American Way magazine. That's the in-flight magazine, some great articles in that. They did this great... profile last month of Doris Roberts and where she likes to eat when she's in Phoenix. Illuminating.

Downtown or Scottsdale? Downtown by the baseball stadium and what not there tons of good choices, any bar will do. Old town scottsdale is more party environment but will certainly have a million TVs on games during the day.

Downtown PHX:
Ainsworth, Majerles and of course, cold beer and cheeseburgers is always solid despite being a chain. CBCB will always have all the games.

Scottsdale: take your pick anywhere...
Social Tap and Barstool come to mind, but you can't go wrong walking the bar horseshoe in old town, they all have TVs. Just be warned, at night everything in old town turns into a banging club with thousands of hot babes--plan accordingly.

Weather here is fantastic currently. Bring a jacket it's cold!

I'd deal with the 2hr drive and go up to flagstaff or sedona, but to answer your question...anywhere with AC.

Silly Al's Pizza down in quartzite is also not bad, but ya that's not phoenix either.

Holy edits.

Valley of the Sun A&M club meets at Boondocks in Old Town Scottsdale. Great bunch of Ags. Atmosphere in the evening can be a little crazy though as can just about anywhere in that area. Not really kid friendly.
