The botched FG snap caused by the 12th Man was also huge. The 12th man was awesome tonight…. Great to see. Anyone that says they aren't bothered by the crowd noise is full of it. It may not be intimidating, but it wrecks havoc on our opponent's communications..

I didn't say that… I said it's stupid to want the first defensive play to be a false start more than any other result. I also said the home team could get false starts too… which we did btw. Dumbasss

They showed a decibel meter on TV for a bit. Was around 106db.

I couldn't hear for about 10 mins after the lsu first drive. Got a little quieter for a while until the 3rd Q and then the whole stadium freakin lit up after the first pick. Completely different game from then on.

Favorite game I've gone to as a student (besides Bama as a freshman). It's been a while since I've seen the student section that full of energy and that loud. Lost my voice and I couldn't be happier.

IIRC, at least one of the two games was during the latest Kyle rebuild and temporarily sat close to 110,000

Yeah hate to burst your bubble but that might have been just a liiiiiitle artificial. It was clearly loud AF inside that building though. Great job by the 12th Man. Nuss can go eat a fat one
