The SEC is going to have to address that. The refs essentially reviewed an unreviewable call because they had 10 minutes to watch the Jumbotron

This is a bad precedent
Flags get picked up occasionally but not usually a PI call
It was a bad call but bad calls happen and tu is one of the few programs that gets bad calls reviewed reversed etc

Sure occasionally it happens that a ref throws a flag and then they huddle up and discuss and wave off the flag. But what happened here is different. The flag was thrown AND the call was announced. It was not discussed until fans started throwing **** in the field and delayed the game. Typical sip trash. They are so proud of themselves, i guarantee it

The penalty being announced is a an important difference that I missed and yes almost always when the flag is picked up before the penalty is announced

They know they don't care they are used to certain programs getting preferential treatment if the horns ended up in the B1G that would have threatened SEC supremacy

It was a terrible call, but texas should have gotten a 15 yard penalty for that crap regardless.
