How long do you want to ignore this user?
I'll be in Europe the next few weeks and just realized my YouTube TV account doesn't work here. Does anyone have advice on how to stream games abroad? I've heard paying for a VPN may or may not work, has anyone tried that?
Thanks and gig'em

Somebody will be streaming it on YouTube for free. Just type in "A&M vs Miss St live stream" before the game starts and there will be a few channels showing the game.

(It's not illegal, it's illegal to host the game, it's not illegal to watch it unless you download it after it's over"
My username checks out.

Get a VPN service. Set your location for somewhere in the US. It should work.

Same thing happened with my Hulu when we were in Thailand a few years ago (Hulu wouldn't work outside the US) - VPN worked like a charm.

I was stationed in Italy for a few years and I'd either watch a live stream or more often, watch the full replay without commercials Sunday morning

How does this streaming work? Do they have some piece of electronics/software to upload it from their provider to YouTube in real time?

this is the way.

In Germany my wife and I woke up early on Sunday and she asked who won the Bama/GA game, I pulled it up and we watched the final 2 minutes live!

Then we watched A&M/Mizzou from Munich Octoberfest the next weekend and the Mizzou guys all had to chug a liter for taking the L

good times.

A pretty good article on context: https://www.allconnect.com/blog/is-streaming-illegal

Note there are both ethical concerns and fan faithfulness concerns to watching an unlicensed stream, but I've not found too many here that concern themselves with being either ethical or being concerned with supporting the athletic department and the school or truly comprehend the daily cynicism with what that says about the Aggie Code of Honor.

I'll deflect the claim someone will make that there isn't a way to license it in Europe. So?

Just about every college football game imaginable is on YouTube if you search the team name vs team name on Saturday. It's saved me this season. Hulu Live doesn't provide every A&M game here in Alabama

Depending on your VPN (I use NORD), it should give you a choice of countries and servers from which to stream. Nothing illegal about using a foreign server for streaming ! So, as someone already said, select the US as the country, then select the "fastest" server available, and you're good to go !
