I've tried the google machine (maybe I'm not good at it), but do we know the guidelines from the SEC on putting guys on the injury report? This is new to all of us and as I was thinking when I first heard of this happening was a lot of over reaction from fanbases.
Is it like the NFL where if a guy missed or sits out part of a practice bc they felt a little twinge but is fine gets put on the injury report? You see this all the time at the NFL level and then read the report that they are listed as questionable but they will certainly play.
Not saying this is the case with Conner, the injury report in general just made me start wondering about this. Obviously "out" is pretty clear. It's those wishy washy labels of "questionable" and "probable".
This definitely seems like it was done for the gamblers, I have no doubt opponents always knew when an opponent was injured and not going to play.
