Every coach we've had post RC has had ONE really good year that allows them to extend their contract.
Unfortunately I think Elko may do well in year 2 or 3 and extend his stay.

the amount of braindead in this forum is scary, first game is ND... they looked a lot better than a lot of coaches would have. that was a tight game.

Also, strength and conditioning was not good. Players dropping like flies and our D was worn the last ND drive. ND held up a lot better.
But the fact that Elko doesn't see the issue with Weig speaks volumes.
