Offensive line is still awful

This offensive line is nowhere near as frustrating to watch as last year. They're not playing like an elite unit, but definitely improved.
We're playing Norte dame. Not eastern st consolidated college
Not elite but they are better than they were last year. QB1 is another story.

Missed pickups on some blitzes early, but Weigman has had lots of time on several plays and just can't make the throws.
OL is much better than last year. CE needs to settle in.
They are playing against the best DL they will play this year in their first game

OL has been ok, particularly since they had 2 injuries.
Weigman disappointing so far.
RBs still tackled on contact.

Yep, and it's week 1 against a top D
OL looks better against a very good DL. They were never going to be the strength of the team this year, though.
They look average to me. But given the talent ND has, that's probably a pretty huge improvement from last season.

Elko is famous for holding back his blitzes. Je will start bringing pressure from different pla es and disguised. He's allowing them to get comfy with what their seeing.

I'm not sure which game you're watching, but both our DL and our corners are doing fine.
