Of the remaining WRs who do we have best chance of landing? Seems to be one of the missing pieces to round this very good recruiting class.

While a position of need currently, WRs are a dime a dozen. If you miss in recruiting there are enough in each portal cycle to make up.

Left Tackle, however, is a much heftier $ amount to pay from the portal if fail to sign out of HS. But it does outweigh the price of injury in the end.

Agree. OL, DL, and QB should be priority for HS. Still think we need one stud WR every class.

Elko doesn't use WRs.

We need OTs.

Badly.

If you could pick one of the following combinations, which do you choose?

Dan Moore and Mike Evans

Jake Matthews and Josh Reynolds.

Personally, I'm taking the stud WR and the good OT rather than the other way around.

Now, we shouldn't have to pin one against the other, and aim for both. I just think we have some solid OTs in the pipeline. Even in this class. I'd rather have the surefire stud at WR. No idea why some are shifting the conversation back to the OL on a thread about WRs, when the need for both is still there and you can argue is higher at WR.

We have 5 OL commits, and I think it's a solid group. I want the surefire stud like Fasusi as much as any of you. I think I want Locket more.

This.

An above average SEC oline and everyone on offense magically looks like a 5 star player.

Look, just had to come over here from the baseball forum to get away from Aggies who don't understand why coaches want to leave and go to austin. Yes, yes it is a sewage laden town now with homeless silicon valley 40 yr olds on the 40 acres buying condos as near as they can get to hippy hollow and the drag. I know this can be an inconvenience when the price of housing is driven up beyond Hollywood levels by people evacuating Hollywood. However, having unrestricted access to strippers and monkeys and strippers that assassinate poles with their monkeys makes austin still the best destination for businesses point of sale(s) (POS) to settle down. When you leave your family, whether it be to take a job in College Station forever and ever - or until you get someone like cdc literally behind you (only figuratively one would hope) and now you can live in the same town as your married friend like Schlongnaggle did.......or just leave your family for a stripper and her monkey like Jeff B - austin is the place!

Even if all the receivers in austin who ever caught a pass are no longer enrolled in school there, and you have purchased unproven 5-stars at every turn or you've purchased the best merc receivers that dollars can buy (or get stuffed into a g-string), austin will still come out on top just like cdc with pos, someone must eventually "end up"......."on top"......oh, and you'll win the sec championship because the sec never takes advantage of a team's weakness like not having a receiver left on the roster who caught a pass. Winning against UTSA, UL-Monroe, Colorado State, Vandy......those guaranteed wins will almost certainly produce a close nail biter like the big12's toughest teams (insert the old vintage version of Oklahoma).

If memory serves, TAMU still has WR players on the roster who have caught a pass so unless the new OC can't get them the ball through CWeig, we should be in better shape than the donghorns which counts for end of year games much less I know, but what about the record to get into the playoffs? The only thing that I can't find in College Station for Texas football games are nice places to celebrate after the game. Places that you can give directions by when traveling through the city, like.....Yellow Rose, Red Rose, Chicas, Landing Strip, Bare, Palazio, Deep Eddy, Club Carnaval, etc....just don't get this many on a google search of BCS. So austin is the place to go be a star, if no jerry springer is available - just settle for the iron bear (leather clothing a must but monkeys are optional).

Try: The Stella, Hangar 12

Once you've done those two, check back in. From there I'll do some more recommendations if you're still not satisfied
