Washington controlled the game, then started making stupid time/game mgmt mistakes with 10 or so minutes left. Should have kept moving the chains instead taking the shots downfield. Should have run on the 3rd down before they kicked the field goal and made tsips take last timeout. On their last possession, they should have had Penix take the snap and stand there until he's about to get hit, then down the ball.....instead of risking tsips ripping the ball from a RB's hands. So sad that their RB got hurt on a meaningless carry and gifted tsips their last possession. Tsips would not have even had the last possession.

Tsips were overrated. Better than us, but not deserving of being in the playoff. Most of Ewers' yards were in junk time created by Washington mismanaging the last part of the game.

You can play the woulda shoulda coulda game all day long. At the end of the day, the huskies mismanaged their lead in a terrible way and the sips had several shots in the end zone to win it. The game WAS close, even though it should not have been.

obviously, the game ended up being close due to mismanagement. my point is the quality of the teams isn't close. Washington clearly the better team, and the score and late game drama doesn't really reflect how much better Washington is than tu.

Yay! Awesome! tu was just almost as good as one of the 2 teams going to the national championship game.

I had the same conclusion. It's a shame the score wasn't more humbling, because they actually did get dominated. Wish Washington had been a little more aggressive.

I expected Ewers to declare, and he might still, but that was a pitiful display. Not sold on that guy as far as the NFL.

Whatever. They were in it and have a much more complete team than we do or just about every other team in America. They proved they belonged but not a sure Georgia should have been trumped by Texas.

I coulda sworn it was a close game when 'sips were on the 10 with three plays to win it in the last 12 seconds.
