Lineman not understanding scheme
Zero motion utilized to help the offense gain clues about what the defense is bringing


Footwork & fundamentals left a lot to be desired.... which is presumably 100% on Addazio


But the nonstop train wreck & total failure is a Jimbo staple.... same as it was at fsu

Cleaning up the house...this should've happened after the 2022 season. Alas, can thank Jimbo for his ability to "adapt" and keep Adazzio since all we need to do is "execute better, coach 'em better." Smh...

I am glad Mike Elko is not retaining Steve Addazio. Jimbo Fisher should have fired Steve Addazio after last season. Steve Addazio was the biggest culprit for our o-line struggles in pass protection and not having starting QB Conner Weigman last a full season. Then, Max Johnson injured his ribs with 3 regular season games remaining.

Still, Jimbo Fisher was fired for his inability to win road games. Jimbo Fisher went 7-14 (0.333) in SEC road games because he lost his last 8 SEC road games. Including a 48-33 loss at Miami on 9/9, Jimbo Fisher lost 9 consecutive road games, dating back to a 29-19 loss at Ole Miss on 11/13/2021. Even worse, he went a putrid 3-11 (0.214) in road games against SEC West teams, including 6 consecutive road losses to SEC West teams.

Hopefully Addazio was fired "for cause" and we recoup his salary - clearly a case of coaching "malpractice".

This is a classic example of why Jimbo failed. He would not hold his coaches accountable for poor performance. His classic example was "Oh, coach XYZ is a good coach" and move on. For him to continue his methods , fail, and then cash the checks was criminal.
