Looking to take my kids to first Aggie game this weekend.

Anyone on here buy tickets from scalpers?
Are there still physical tickets?
Should I be worried about scammers?
Where is the best place to buy them in person last minute (figure that is going to give me the option to get the best deal)?

Lastly, if I can't get tickets, where is the best place to watch the game? MSC?

Thanks -- Stub hub is too expensive (I have 5 kids I am bringing) and I posted in Ticket Exchange but no one responded.

I haven't been in a while but I would be willing to be you may be able to pick up tickets for nothing or close to it at the game.

Also they used to have a big screen and seating set up in the alumni center.

As stated, Stub Hub is easiest, right before game if still selling. Hang out at tables outside MSC in the mezzanine closest to Rudder Tower, peruse ticket listings to up the gameday atmosphere.

Best option, at top of Pickard Pass by metal bollards, post up 1 hour before game time with family in tow. Determine what you are willing to spend before holding your hand, or in your case hands up with how many tickets you need. Don't be afraid to pass up high ball offers. Keep in mind the money you save on tickets will be money going towards upper tier snacks/concessions for your own kids. Good Luck! fwiw, several years back I was successful in getting Coach Gary Blair to hand me his extra tickets for free...those were good seats and very much appreciated!

Stubhub is great last minute for four tickets or less. It might be hard if you want to sit together with that many kids. Is there any chance that you like some kids more than others and can just bring the favorites?

I don't know exactly when the cut off is for people's listings on stubhub but if you don't sell by a certain time people get desperate and start dropping prices significantly.

The StubHub listings expire as soon as the event starts. The problem with buying right before game time is sometimes a good enough cellular/Wi-Fi signal for the StubHub site.

Keep checking the ticket exchange. I just got 6 tickets and an old ag cut me a deal on them. I have 5 kids as well. I'm only taking 4 of them to the game along with my dad, so it gets $$$ quick. I just sent the seller a DM with an offer and he countered close enough to my budget so I went with it.

Seat Geek is the default sales site for season ticket holders. Tickets are going for $25 now. Season ticket holders had the option of getting paper tickets or electronic tickets this year so there are some paper tickets out there. You need to make sure that if you do buy tickets from a scalper that they are not student tickets. Also keep in mind that by the middle of the 3rd quarter, there will be lots of empty seats that you can move down to.

Tickets will be cheap for this game. Wait will Saturday and buy from a site or scalpers. Too easy.

There will be free tickets listed on the ticket exchange tomorrow and Saturday morning. Only problem is there will almost certainly not be 6 together.

Don't need tickets together. Just buy any random combination of 6 tickets. Individual tickets are good. Then go sit at the top of either zone. There will be plenty of empty seats.

Not true, Stub Hub stops selling AT LEAST a couple hours before kickoff.

edit: 4 hrs before kickoff is deadline for monile transfer tickets. hard tickets is a few days before.

Ive bought a ticket on StubHub about an hour before kickoff while sitting in the MSC (good freee wifi there).

Use the Game Time app. They sell up to 30 minutes after the game starts and sometimes they get VERY cheap. I've used it for a couple of games this season. My tickets for ULM were literally $1 each ($7 after the stupid fees).

I would not buy paper tickets
Paper tickets can be converted to electronic making the piece of paper a nice memento but it is no longer a ticket

I bought StubHub tickets to the Auburn, Alabama, & SCe games 15-30 minutes before kickoff.

Just hit up the tailgates in Reed or anywhere else for that matter before the game. It's ACU, they'll be more people just giving away tickets than you can shake a sausage at.
