Guess we're sticking with Henderson full game.. if he is awful for first half, I wish Jimbo would give Reed a try. Jimbo is so damn stubborn and won't adapt.. neither guy has played much so if the #3 is not moving the ball why not give Reed a shot.. hope it's not the case and Henderson balls out but just frustrating already knowing Jimbo won't make a call to bullpen

Unfortunately you are correct. Jimbo is very stubborn when it comes to this stuff.

Reed isn't ready per many, but who knows. But if he starts Henderson, why switch him out? Need Reed to RS...as the only other schollie QB on the roster today (4 in total), but have 2 verbals for next year (well, until Maddox is swayed away).

That is correct. You get 4 games.

If both injured qbs return next year and the coaching staff stays the same, does Jimbo keep Max as the starter due to experience? Normally I would say no, but I have a BAD feeling about this.

There's no reason to play Reed.

Could be worse. Sumlin left a QB in the whole game that was so badly injured he could barely throw the ball.

And he did that with another 5* and future heisman on deck

. IIRC Murray was also injured and Hubenak was more than capable of leading the offense but he never played. It was certainly one of the more WTF moments in the Sumlin era.

But given Jimbo doesn't seem capable of beating good teams, or any team on the road, it would be awesome if he didn't have a massive buyout so he could just be fired.
