I know you don't want to hear this but even with Jimbo this is a better team than Texas. OL improvement and having a QB that doesn't hold the ball for 9 seconds aside.

This is a huge overstatement. In the last 15 years we've been more talented more times than not and by a large margin.

As for the question, it depends on how we finish the season. If we play like we did for parts of today's game consistently we could finish well. If we don't, and have numerous transfers, we will be in their wake. If we keep the team together, we will be as good or better than them.

Their (tu) fans would like enjoy that, but I think the Ags will be just fine. A complete change in culture is necessary though, and Jimbo HAS TO start playing with a cutthroat mentality. No more playing not to lose.

My point is the coaching is what it is as Jimbo's trying to protect the only half decent QB we have left. Sure Max has made some plays, but he kills us.

The coaching is "****" on O due to still developing Oline. Both are on Jimbo but it's not "coaching," it's lack of Oline depth/experience.

That's not coaching it's **** recruiting/transfers. Had he fixed that this team runs all over tu.
