EVERY program that threatened t.u.'s dominance back then got investigated and punished by the NCAA.
Miraculously t.u. was able to recruit a bunch of great players during the exact same time frame yet was NEVER investigated...EVER...by the NCAA.
Kinda like the Bidens.
