Trick Plays ?

I was wondering the same thing. Jimbo's philosophy: Everyone completes their assignment, and we get a big gain. That doesn't allow much room for trick plays. It would be nice to see a reverse, flea flicker, or the like occasionally. Couldn't hurt that we have a full time OC.
I expect to see 2, if not 3 "trick" plays from the pigs tomorrow. I'd like it if the first one in the game is our own fake punt or field goal. I don't expect that.

Pig ran a fake FG and a double reverse against LSU. Might have been another I missed while I was grabbing a fresh cold one. I'd expect more of the same tomorrow.
Hogs suck, Horns suck, everyone else I can deal with.

That fake field goal was awesome, great play by the Hogs.
We haven't done any yet that I can recall so hopefully Bobby can get Jimbo to try one.
Jimbo thinks putting someone in motion pre snap IS a trick play.
Why haven't we done a screen to RB yet, our OL is basically blocking like it is a screen on every pass play already so we can definitely fool any defense ..

Have you ever seen us try to run a screen before?
They are usually total disasters where the OL just get in the way of the back.
That is why we don't run them.

A&M's screen pass has'nt worked in 20 yrs. Why would it now ?

And we obviously don't.
Not running the ball on 2nd and 9 would be a trick play for us.

Man, running a trick play in middle school takes a special kinda ***** coach.
I can't remember the last time we ran a trick play or a fake kick/punt.
