Tucker is a complete idiot for hitting on a sexual harassment speaker, but the possibility that this was a set-up to fire him with cause to get out of a contract that's arguably worse than our own situation cannot be discounted.

This is how you identify a liberal. They will deny up and down they play identity politics to sabotage political and workplace rivals with liberal sacred cow causes founded on lies. No, it won't be zero dollars to fire him. There will be money thrown at him to settle him down. Otherwise one runs the risk of the case collapsing and then MANY dollars will flow his way and he'll still be gone. It explains why he is suspended and not immediately terminated: the negotiations are likely in progress even now.
