Don't think it's out yet. My dad is a subscriber, and I don't think he's gotten it yet. Lindy's is the only one I've seen out on the regular store newsracks so far.

There's not a Barnes & Noble or big newstand near me anymore, so I can't say for sure that they're not out anywhere.

This time of year you see them in a display at the HEB, but so so far, nothing. I think that they still have magazines at our HEB.

I am always amazed at how many names they can list in the preview article of high school teams.

Just do texas high school football and top fall recruits. Colleges reporting is at least 3 or 4 months old. DCTF is a relic of a bygone era.

Hmmm…I'll have to ask my dad. He usually informs me when it comes. For a while they were sending him two copies for some reason, so I'd get one for free. Maybe they fixed the glitch.

Is the install a floppy disk? If so, would you have DAT instead?

My dial up doesn't work well with floppy install.

Sorry no DAT drive. My floppy drive is down as it makes these loud clicking sounds.

I still use ZIP though.

I hear MySpace will allow file sharing by end of the month.

If your dial-up works you can download then.

Anybody seeing them at HEBs yet? I get them for the HS football coverage. Seems like it takes them longer every year to get these magazines out. They used to be widely available around July 4th each year.

I've been looking for it, also for high school football, at Bulverde HEB without success. Stopped by local Walmart tonight. They had a few copies. Got to checkout and, probably for the first time in my life, my wallet was in my other pants. Maybe that was a sign.
