Not following recruiting closely this year but you are saying we take three QBs in this class?

We already have 2 QBs so if he choices us that means we lost one of our current commits and at the moment I like both our guys.

id personally like trevor over miles but all three would be my vote.

Most likely it's Trevor or Anthony with Miles as #2.

i think it ends up being a smaller class anyway but maybe not. i think we lose the recent commit if trevor commits. I wish all three of our QB's had more film to compare.

I wouldn't think anthony decommits. he seems like a lock.

Only way this will be a smaller class is if we decide to go to the portal hard. We are currently sitting in the upper 70s for schoralships and we will lose a handful to eligibility and a few more to the NFL. Then add in the normal.ttansgers and we will need 20-25 at minimum to get to where we need to be.

I don't see Miles decommiting because we are by far his best offer. But he is one to watch closely this fall because his stock my sky rocket. He is on a team that will give him exposure this year.

If this QB commits you can bet one of the other ones is going to get a ton of pressure from the coaches to decommit. (Assuming they think numbers would get tight, and at this point it's hard to see numbers getting tight).

It is highly unlikely likely we take 3 QBs

So I gues we've given up on recruiting studs and no way of flipping DJ. Might as well get as many as we can and hope one is a diamond in the rough. We have Conner this year and next then a slew of low 4 or 3 stars. Maybe some one pans out.

All i have to say is... johnny manziel, josh allen, patrick mahomes, max duggan. We have to be confident in petrino to find the guy he wants. I think we would have gotten DJ or Noland if the circumstances last year were a little different, so let's hope this year we show out and the 2025 cycle a stud wants to come play here. I think Maddox is very underrated and his offer sheet is actually pretty impressive given his ranking so multiple people are seeing something. Not to mention Marcel Reid is here too.

Good lord, who even considers Mizzou?

Think Lagway is 100% off limits? I bet we keep recruiting the F out of him. And Jimbo has been known to get a last minute flip or two

Doubt they put much more effort into Lagway. He's trying to push for UF to some of our recruits (esp Evans).

We were still after him. We may back off now that we got 2 QBs Petrino really wanted. We aren't going to sign 3

Yes, my point, with 2 commits, do not think they'll push as hard for Lagway now. All depends on how solid A Maddox really is, but only time will tell on that front.

You may not have noticed, but a majority of the "stud" QBs are exactly from the ranks of those "low 4 or 3 stars".

I love this kid from Jersey- he has a rocket arm and he reminds me of Cade Klubnik. I couodnt care less hiw many stars he has beside him, or on bittom or top for that matter.
