Standing behind the qbs during play, yelling at them, holding a folded up version of a Denny's menu? Where was Petrino? I did not see him engage with qbs or any part of offense.

Because its partly a practice. Notice the ref didn't blow a whistle and call a penalty or throw him out.

These comments about coaches are always interesting to me. A coach can provide meaningful instruction during a spring game and sometimes it may appear to be harsh but the players need to belly up and play.
