So many don't understand. They always get what they want, by pulling strings.

We have no choice but to own this series and take control of this ****ty relationship we're stuck in.

My understanding is they are paying the exit fees. To get out one year earlier.

They're paying $50M each for the honor. Don't think they pulled any strings.

I'm sure they paid out the ass to make it happen.

I still give it a slight chance it doesn't even happen. tu can't even dominate the big 12, they definitely won't be anything in the SEC.

Wonder if Texas is paying for both of them bc I thought OU was broke.

From what I read they're both allowed to use future tv revenue to pay a portion of it off. That might have been what helped ou

They net zero at least plus upper in SECN profit.

Actually it sounds like they'll forego $100M in revenue. So nothing they have to pay but nothing they get to earn for next year and probably this past year.

Confirmed they actually paid the money or it someone else. Sankey is a consistent shart.

I'm actually glad they are coming in 2024. Hope we play both of them that first year bc we are loaded in 2024! We can help with their SEC indoctrination.

Weigman will be the returning SEC QB 1st team and sips will be arguing if Manning or Mullet should be their QB!

Time will tell all. As it stands Quinn will be coming into the season with a first round draft projection. Doesn't mean a lot but the plan is most likely for him to be ready to leave after next season.

As long as the SEC isn't paying anything to make this happen

No

Mullet boy already sucks

Manning highlights look like he's playing JV Texas high schools

Weigman is the real deal, might end up being the best QB to ever play at A&M

Time will tell

Too funny, sounds like a lot of hope from you sip, good luck with that hope

The above is easy to see. Weigman will whip you in 2024. You better hope he goes pro after that season.

You can look at mock drafts and big boards now. He's currently on there. I get thinking you known more than everyone else with more objectivity and experience. Same for Arch, I'm going to rely on the multiple talent evaluators saying different. Weigman has no chance at being better than Kyler or johnny. He's got a long way to go and has limited experience and playing time. Jury is till out on him. I don't believe Weigman will be going pro after 24 season. Hopefully he can develop here and become a big time contributor!

Texas and Oklahoma joining the SEC in 2024 could mean waiting even longer to play Georgia at Kyle Field for the first time. We were originally scheduled to play Georgia at Kyle Field, but the SEC could delay that. I am hoping for a 9-game conference schedule that consists of 3 permanent and 6 rotating opponents.

You rely on the talent evaluators when it's convenient for Arch but not on the exact same evaluators who will have A&M with a top 10 roster of team talent next year. And you wonder why people call you a sip troll.

Additional color on how the agreement happened:

"Two sources told ESPN that instead of multiple games and pick swaps, which were a big part of the initial negations, the agreement came down to cash. A portion of the more than $100 million in exit fees will go to Fox to compensate for the equivalent of seven lost Texas and Oklahoma games.

A key part of the deal to let the two schools out early was a game flip of a non-conference matchup between Michigan and Texas, sources told ESPN. Texas will now visit Michigan in 2024 in Ann Arbor and Michigan will return the game in Austin in 2027, according to sources. That game had been scheduled to play out the opposite way. The flip was a key driver in Fox agreeing to the deal, per sources."

No one is talking about it

A sip has to make conjecture since they do not have any real football talk to go on recently.

Ags are just ignoring and laughing at him.
