I talked with an Oregon grad who told me three days ago that he would flip to the Ducks. This morning his story is that he thought there was a third team in the mix. His view is that it's between the Aggies and the mystery team.

I think my connection is full of crap and that Hicks signs with the Aggies.

The third team being rumored is OU, I still think he signs with the Ags though.

Nope, just sharing what I know. For all I know he's decided to stay at A&M for 9 years or commit to UMass at this point, just sharing what I was told.

Oregon and even OU have continued to push but as of yesterday there is no reason not to expect him to sign today.

I am most concerned about OU. They have some recruiting momentum with Bowen and others.

I don't like the fact that Fong hasn't switched his CB to the good guys yet!

I guess that on a positive note his position might be our strongest and deepest with current players.

I wonder how many calls are going back and forth between Hicks's handlers and the boosters at Oregon, OU, and A&M this morning.
I'm sure it's like a telethon. Or maybe a live auction.
I bet he gets no less than $2.5M guaranteed wherever he goes.
