His only truly intriguing years were in 2017 winning Super Bowl with Eagles and 11 win 2020 campaign with Colts but exited in first game with Bills.

Of course 2020 years mean nothing around here so…there is very little resume to hire on…

I think he's a good OC, the issue is he's had nothing but washed up vets or journeymen at QB. Andrew Luck's retirement right before the 2019 really kinda stuck him in a bad spot. Having said that, he's never coached college (as far as I know) and he's also 60.

He did that because he was told to. It's going to save the franchise something like $18MM
