Red Pear Realty is back at it gain, adding a NEW agent, Jack Fernandez, to serve the Dallas Fort Worth market. At Red Pear, we provide our clients full service representation along with big rebates for buyers and low listing fees for sellers.

Born in Caracas, Venezuela and raised in Houston, Jack's multicultural upbringing allows him to connect with a wide diversity of people. Jack attended Texas A&M University where he received a B.S. in Industrial Distribution, as well as a Master of Real Estate, and has been practicing real estate in both a residential and commercial capacity since 2016. Throughout his career, he has been directly involved with nearly $3B worth of real estate transactions.

Jack joined Red Pear Realty due to his belief that the real estate market can benefit from a diversion to the traditional model and has a passion for guiding people throughout the process.

While at A&M, Jack earned his private pilot's license and worked IT in the Athletic Department where he is infamous for deleting all of Coach Sumlin's phone contacts and being booed out of his office by the man himself. It turns out that the Dolphins IT staff committed the same mistake with Coach Sherman a few days later…

Can you spot Jack in this image that captures one of the coolest last minute touchdowns in Aggie Football history?

In his free time, Jack enjoys hitting the links, fishing, and the outdoors.

Gig 'Em!

McGee's touchdown against tu in 2006.

As a proud class '06 I watched tu rack up 6 straight wins and when we finally turned it on them…. Oh so very sweet.

I'm ranking my all time favorite touchdowns. This ranking was done based on how I reacted:

1. Stephen McGee's game winning TD at the end of the drive vs tu in 2006.
2. Reggie McNeal's hail mary TD to Greg Porter at the end of the 1st half vs ou in 2002.
3. Kellen Mond to Quartney Davis for the game tying TD vs LSU in 2018.
4. Johnny Manziel's TD to Malcolm Kennedy vs Alabama in 2012
5. Johnny Manziel's fumble in the air TD to Ryan Swope vs. Alabama in 2012.
6. Devon Achane's kick off return for a TD vs Alabama in 2021.
7. Tony Hurd Jr's Pick 6 for a TD to take the lead vs Duke in 2013
8. Trevyeon Williams game winning TD in OT vs Kentucky in 2018
9. Stephen McGee to Earvin Taylor's 60+ yard TD vs tu in 2007.
10. Reggie McNeal's 60+ yard TD run vs Kansas State in 2004.
11. Ryan Tannehill to Ryan Swope backbreaker TD vs OU in 2010.
12. Zach Calzada to Ainias Smith TD vs Alabama 2021.
To 1,000,000 touchdowns ...and beyond

the first touchdown I thought of was the 2012 Aggies vs OU Cotton Bowl game where Johnny Football somehow walked a tightrope along the sidelines and hippity-hopped into the endzone. How did he do that?

It's my first time to Kyle Field. I'm a junior in high school. We go to bonfire the night before the tu game. Wow! It was amazing. Cold and rainy but amazing. Then we all crash and my buddy and I get up at 5:00 to go to G Rollie because we heard that tu sent tickets back. They were not coming to the game. Hard to believe now. Anyway we end up getting 50 yard line seats for face value right next to the band. About as good a seat as you can get.

Thanksgiving day. We watch Leon Lett with a boneheaded play fumble into the end zone and the cowboys lose to the dolphins so we're pretty pissed as we walk out the door to go to the game.

First half is pretty tight between the the Ags and the short horns. I think it was a tie at halftime and it shouldn't have been. We had a much better team.

Opening kick of the second half Leland McElroy takes the second half kick back for about a 108 yard run from the back of our own end zone. Kyle was on fire and I decided I was going to Texas A&M! The whole story is one of the greatest times I ever had in Aggieland. Maybe it was because it was my first game.

This....I was in high school and the game was not televised that year. My dad, brother and I sat by the radio and sweated out this one. I had almost come to believe that we just couldn't beat cow. My whole life of Aggie football had been misery except for Bear and John David but I was only 6 when that occurred. I have never felt so relieved when we beat them that day. Greatest Aggie touchdown in my life.

Not my favorite, but one of my most memorable. Loved Aggie football since I was a little tike. Here, I was a sophomore in hs, watching this game in my bedroom on my 12" TV, standing the whole time waving a white dish towel as my 12th man towel. I remember this touchdown like it was yesterday.

Huge momentum shift to end the half. That TD set the tone for the upset.

I was lucky enough to be in the second deck for that game. Everybody was so drained after that game that even the "beat the hell out of Alabama " (in the Cotton Bowl) yell fell flat.

1993 t.u. vs Ags at Kyle Field… 32 degrees at kick with 25mph wind …light rain started freezing during the game…

Leland McElroy 103 yard kick return for a TD in the 2nd quarter… got a 1st row 1st deck ticket on day of the game and was high 5'ing one of the yell leaders as Leland took it to the house
