My guess is that there is one of the head coaches who is nominated or selected to speak for all of them in certain circumstances or to present something (like a chairman) and this year that is Jimbo? From Nick Saban through Clark Lea counter clockwise on the coaches side of the table is simply all of the other coaches in order by school name alphabetically (Alabama, Arkansas, Auburn, Florida...etc...Vanderbilt)

No conspiracy here - it's only because Jimbo is the chair for the meetings
