He was 215 when he arrived at Miami, 6'0" 235 at the combine

LSU website lists him at 228. He had 6 tackles as a true fish. Didn't play last year bc injuries.

Probably buried on their depth chart. Likely a project for wherever he lands.

There is a shred of truth to it. We deploy a system that favors DL over LBs. We don't bring the backers* as much as some.

(Not criticizing, probably the right call for our situation)
*we did in 2018 bc we had the personnel at LB. We did in 2019 bc Madabuike was the only good pass rushing DL.

I thought I heard D Harris was being moved to LB, possibly and outside rush LB would be my guess. I think a kid with his abilities would thrive in that role.

ETA: angry face was an accident

First I heard of moving Donnell to LB. They must not think he can put on the necessary mass.

Still, how does that alter the analysis? We don't play with an edge blitzing LB. LBs that can blitz are gravy for us.

ETA2: meaning that if he can't plug and tackle, he won't play except on 3rd and long.
