Coming from someone that has several tattoos...where they heck do they get the money for all those tattoos when they are 18? That's easily over a grand for each sleeve.

A good amount of these kids come from a lot of money. Not all of them of course, but a lot of these highly recruited prospects have had private trainers for a long time, traveled to football camps, etc. And that's why they're at the level that they're at.
