In the second half, too many series had runs on first and second down, then a pass on third down, and a punt on fourth down.

No run-pass option. No fake handoffs to a running back. No shovel pass. No pass by a running back or wide receiver. Very little misdirection. Perhaps one screen pass per game.

Very predictable. The game plan simply relies on having better athletes.

Jimbo's offensive style is like drawing-to-an-inside-straight

it's certainly possible to win without great QB play and WR's, but it's difficult in the year 2021 of college football

RC patented this long ago. Predictable 2 runs, 3rd and long pass, punt.

Did we ever convert when the 1st down run was a loss of yardage?

Lol. Literally that only happened on one drive. And on 2nd down Spiller ran for 8. Do you make **** up all of the time?

I was like 85% correct calling run or pass pre-snap. At times our linemen tip it off too with eyes and feet. Need to seriously look at self scouting. I though we did that?

We have a drive that features #6 for 60 yds of it and then ……. never see that magic again.. Weird??

That's the 2nd game in a row Jimbo has done that and at least the 3rd time this season.

You ought to be used to it by now.

I want to see power running sets. Bring back the I-formation. Toss sweeps. Screen passes. Play action. An occasional option.

Jimbo's offense was awesome! When Saddam was storing his WND'S in Iraq and JF was coordinating Nick's team in Baton Rouge.
