Reminds me of Emmitt Smith in his last few years. 2-3 yards at a time and hardly exciting.

In Spiller's defense, Achane usually gets the gash rushing plays in the second half after our o line has leaned on teams for 3-4 quarters.

Wrong. They are on a strict rotation. Spiller gets first two drives, then they rotate all night.

The reason you think Achane gets the gash plays…..is because he's making the gash.

Spiller might be banged up, but it's almost as if he's taken the "patient/vision" approach to the extreme. Plays develop so slowly with him, he just looks indecisive when we give him the ball. Feels like he's overthinking some of his carry's

Yes, but the stats are skwed by tonite's dud for Spiller.

Spiller has been great and is a stud but I have no idea why Achane wasn't playing more tonite. It was obvious who the hot one was tonite.
