How does a player from Navy get a transfer?

You transfer from Navy by first being enrolled at Navy. You then leave or "transfer" elsewhere.

So basically do your 4 years from the Navy and get out! He must have connections! Now on illegal motion question you can't turn upfield before snap and you need to be set for 1 sec before snap!

I believe you do have to pay it back but I could be wrong.

You owe nothing prior to the start of your junior year.

The rumor has always been you have to pay to leave after your first class junior year at an Academy. However, I had classmates that left and paid nothing after starting their third year. It does the service no good to have you if you don't want to be there.
