That's not true.

Division Champion is determined by winning percentage in the conference, both divisional and cross-divisional.

Isn't it Conference Record, then Division record, the Head to Head?

If they lose only to UT, and we win out, we would both have 2 conference losses, but they would have only 1 division loss so Bama would advance.

During Bear's run, he scheduled and played more SEC teams than other SEC teams did. How he kept winning the conference. Bear gamed the system in play back then.

Actually we really want them to lose a game to the east so they can run the table on the rest of the west. That would ensure A&M goes to the SEC title game if they take care of business.
