What a bizarre turn of events since these guys were originally being recruited. Imagine, at the time, being told these two will ultimately face off at unlv vs SJSU in 2021.

Starkel is one of the top QB's in SJSU history. He's currently injured and not benched.

Martell is on his 3rd stop without ever playing a meaningful snap.

Martell had one carry for no yards against Utah State so he is on the field.

UNLV has a badass slot machine on their sidelines by the way. It supposedly pays out every time you get a TD or turnover.

Still 0-6 though . . .apparently not enough motivation.
